Blackburn Ridge offers an all-inclusive rural escape, blending relaxation and exploration tailored to your pace. Begin your adventure with a private farm walk featuring diverse terrain and breathtaking views of the Ruahine Ranges and Central Hawke’s Bay. On subsequent days, switch to e-biking along quiet back roads, taking in expansive landscapes, historic landmarks, and charming villages. With flexible options for leisurely or adventurous rides, each day ends back at the homestead, where you can unwind in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy farm-to-table meals amid serene rural beauty.

What's Included

  • Boutique accommodation with fresh linen, towels, pillows. No sleeping bags required
  • Night before: Check in 4pm, dinner/dessert provided.

    E-Bikes

    All bikes come with a helmet, a comfortable bike seat, a bell & water-bottle holder. The group will have a flat tyre kit available for use which includes 2 x tubes, levers and pump. We have 10x Specialized Turbo Tero 3.0 Step Through E-Bikes available to use:
    • 3 x Small 5'1-5'5" 155cm-165cm
    • 4 x  Medium 5'5"-5'11" 165-cm-178cm
    • 3 x  Large 5'9" - 6'1" 175cm-185cm

    Local wine and beer

    The homestead is stocked with a selection of local wine and craft beer for your enjoyment. The group leader's credit card details will be stored for any purchases.

    Booking

    By placing a booking with Blackburn Ridge, you and your party agree to the following terms and conditions.
    The group leader who places the booking must be at least 18 years of age. The booking name can be transferred at no cost.

    Deposit

    $250 per person
    Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

    To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance. Select the first day of your experience for the date required.

    Cancellation policy

    • 60 days or more notice - full refund
    • 60 – 30 days’ notice - your deposit of $250 per person will not be refunded
    • 0 – 30 days’ notice - no refund will be given
